Ruby Jayne Schleicher is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Collingwood Football Club in the AFL Women's (AFLW). Schleicher is a dual AFL Women's All-Australian and won the Collingwood best and fairest award in 2024. She has served as Collingwood captain since 2025.
