Using RiconTop Footy

RiconTop Footy is a free, independent fan site for AFL Fantasy coaches. By using it you agree to these terms. The stats are for entertainment only: see the disclaimer. The site is not affiliated with the AFL or AFL Fantasy, and nothing here is betting or other advice.

Chat and Fan Wiki: who can join

You must be 16 or older to use the chat or edit the Fan Wiki. By choosing a username you confirm that you are, and that you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Community rules

Keep it footy and keep it friendly. Don't post anything that:

• abuses, threatens, harasses or bullies anyone, including players, umpires and other fans
• is hateful or discriminatory (for example about race, religion, sex, sexuality, gender or disability)
• is untrue and damages someone's reputation (defamatory), or makes claims about people's private lives
• shares someone else's personal information, or impersonates anyone
• is sexual, violent, or encourages self-harm or illegal activity
• is spam, advertising, links, or promotes betting
• copies content you don't have the right to share

The Umpire (our automatic moderator) masks swearing and hands out warnings and mutes, and the site's moderators may remove content, mute or ban anyone, at any time and without notice.

Your content

You're responsible for what you post. You keep ownership of it, but you give RiconTop Footy permission to display it, keep its history, and edit or remove it. Fan Wiki pages can be edited by other fans. Posts are the views of the people who wrote them, not of RiconTop Footy.

Complaints and reports

Every chat message and Fan Wiki page has a report link, and you can also use the contact form. If you believe something on the site is defamatory, choose "Defamation complaint" and tell us exactly what the content is, where it is, and why it harms your reputation. We aim to review complaints and, where appropriate, remove or block the content within 7 days.

The service

The site is provided free and "as is". It may change, go offline, or lose data, and we don't promise that it will be accurate, complete or available. To the extent the law allows, RiconTop Footy isn't liable for any loss from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version.
